Each Church is Unique
Each church is unique but all churches can grow in ministering effectively to relationships. Some churches want to start developing strong relationships internally—healthy staff, strong small group leaders, dynamic leadership teams. Other churches prefer to get sticky with the community by offering outreach opportunities of marriage workshops, parenting seminars, helping people resolve conflict or loving hard-to-love people in their lives. Equipping key people to effectively care for others is a win for both goals because those folks can work inside the body and in the community to make a difference. There is not one right way to do this thing, and we are glad to start the conversation about what your congregation needs.
If you have a group of people that you would like to help grow to have healthy relationships and positively influence those around them, you are in the right place.
Here are some ideas to get you thinking:
- Bring us in as engaging speakers on personality, marriage, parenting, living out values.
- Host a leadership training to launch stronger small group facilitators, student ministry shepherds, or team leads.
- Design an infrastructure to build or grow a Care Team to come alongside hurting people and help them grow in Christ.
- Develop a front-line ministry team that knows how to ask powerful questions, listen well, and care for people before plugging them into programs.
No matter what your needs, we are glad to see how we can help equip you and your church with healthy relationship skills.
